What people ask before they enter

Is it free to enter?+

Yes. Entry is completely free, and you can enter as many categories as fit.

Which category should I enter?+

Use Find My Award: six quick questions, matched against every category, with the ones that fit your story.

What happens after I start?+

You are emailed a link to complete your application. Take your time with it: judges score what is written in the entry.

What makes a strong entry?+

Evidence. Say what you did, what changed and what it achieved. The entry guidelines walk you through it.

How are entries judged?+

An independent panel scores every entry against the criteria for its category. The highest-scoring entries in each category are shortlisted as finalists and invited to the ceremony.

Can someone else nominate me instead?+

Yes. Anyone who has seen your work can nominate you, and you would then be emailed a link to complete the application.
