RAG Holdings helps entrepreneurs and companies set up, run and grow their business in the UAE, Qatar, Singapore and India. We handle company formation, PRO and visa services, Golden Visa support, accounting, compliance and business advisory, and we run premium business centres where founders can work. We now have seven business centres across four countries, including RAG Global Business Hub in Al Qusais, RAG Biz HQ on Sheikh Zayed Road and RAG Tower in Al Barsha, reported as the tallest business centre in the UAE. Together they give us more than 350,000 sq ft of workspace. What makes us different is that we stay with a business after setup. We have served more than 9,500 clients, from first-time founders to international brands. HUGO BOSS appointed RAG as its official visa and PRO services partner in the UAE, and Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry classified RAG among Qatar's Big Five business consulting firms.

RAG started with two people: me and my co-founder Mohammed Aslam. Today our team works across Dubai, Doha, Singapore and Calicut, and our new India team already has more than 20 people in marketing, sales and project management. Our people are the reason RAG works. In 2026 we earned Great Place to Work Certification, based entirely on what our employees said, and we were ranked 56th in the Small category of Best Workplaces in the Middle East 2026. We reward the people who go further. Through RAG Elite Club, five team members are chosen every quarter and receive extra salary for three months, an international trip and one-to-one time with me. I want everyone at RAG to grow with the company, not just work for it.

My first job after a commerce degree was in the accounts department of a Malayalam newspaper. After short stints in Kochi and Bangalore, I moved to Dubai in 2003 for an HR role and completed an MBA in Human Resources and International Business while working. For the next ten years I worked in senior HR roles in the UAE and Qatar. In Qatar I met Mohammed Aslam. We used to walk along the Corniche in Doha after work and talk about building something of our own. In 2013 we started RAG as a two-person HR consultancy. When we moved to Dubai, we rented a whole office, used one desk and sublet the rest. That small decision became our business centre model. Step by step we grew into company formation, PRO services, advisory and business centres. When COVID-19 hit, we chose to expand instead of shrinking. In 2025 we opened RAG Tower and our Singapore office. In 2026 RAG was classified among Qatar's Big Five business consulting firms, we opened RAG Holdings Calicut in India, and our team made us a Great Place to Work. Every one of these steps started with a founder who trusted us with their business.
