Through my experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed a strong commitment to food quality, teamwork, discipline, and delivering memorable dining experiences. My culinary journey has included participating in prestigious culinary competitions, where I have earned medals in beef, chicken, lamb, and cheese presentation, as well as team competition achievements. Every competition has motivated me to improve my technical skills, explore new ideas, and push my creative boundaries. My goal is to grow as a professional chef, represent Sri Lankan culinary talent on an international stage, and inspire young chefs to believe in their abilities and pursue excellence through hard work and dedication.
