I believe entrepreneurs deserve the expertise and tools to turn ambition into lasting success. That belief drives me as Founder and Managing-Partner of Innovation Star Consultants LLC. Since founding the business in Dubai in 2019, I have built a multidisciplinary team supporting more than 150 business clients through regulatory compliance, business advisory, financial management support, and practical technology. Working closely with entrepreneurs inspired our development of six proprietary AI solutions covering compliance, accounting, training, and business organization. My ambition is to make these capabilities accessible to smaller businesses, helping owners gain greater control and more time to create value. As a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, I have had the privilege of representing the UAE private sector during both FATF visits. Over the past five years, our training has reached tens of thousands of people across the UAE. What drives me is the human impact: an entrepreneur gaining confidence, an employee developing new skills, or a business becoming stronger.
